Refund and Cancellations

Thanks for purchasing Yummy Valley products at yummy-valley.com. We would like to make your visit at Yummy Valley as pleasant as possible, even if that means receiving a return or refund.

You can apply for an immediate refund or return, whichever you prefer.

Help us help you by telling us the issues you have faced while or after purchasing our products.  We are ready to listen and solve your issues as much as we possibly can.

1.  If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can write to us at [email protected]. 
2. Your eligibility for reimbursement or return will be informed within 14 calendar days from the date of product delivery. After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.
3. We encourage our customers to try the Yummy Valley products in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs. If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact us.
