Terms and Conditions – Order Related

1. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been successfully placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before proceeding to checkout.


2. Complaints and Grievances

If you have any product-related or post-delivery complaints, please notify us within 15 days of receiving your order.

To help us take appropriate action, kindly share a package opening video along with your complaint.

If your order has arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us immediately using the details below.

3. Delivery Status

For any delivery-related issues, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the delivery confirmation message from our delivery partner.
We will review your concern and take the necessary action accordingly.


4. Refunds and Returns

Only products that are defective or damaged are eligible for return within 4 working days from the date of delivery.

In such cases:

  • We will arrange a replacement of the affected product, or
  • If you prefer, a refund will be processed within 15 working days.

When raising a request, please share:

  • A screenshot or image of the delivery confirmation message, and/or
  • A photo or video showing the product condition.
